1. Keep tracking production plan and posting to customers every weeks.
2. ALL of our machines will be tested and had trial production in our factory before leaving our factory.
Inspection by foreign technicians or the Third party inspection agency is acceptable.
3. ONE Year Guarantee:
Within ONE year after receiving our machines, Under right operation and non-artificial reasons, If there are any damaged parts or accessories, We will replace them by air-mail or Express immediately FREE OF CHARGE.
After ONE year warranty, Spare parts and damaged parts will be charged at cost price. If there is something wrong with the machine, We are responsible to solve this problem soonest, and help customers to restore production as soon as possible.
Installation:We will supply photos, Vedio and Operation Manual together with our machines when shipment. It will show you how to operate this machine. If you already had experienced staffs in this field, It can help you much cost on installation.
